POP! Goes Dubfluencial 3 is here already…! What started out as me trying to snub the forums and bloggers by showcasing all the commercial sounding, Dubstep/Bass as allot of them hated them, has now turned into a mini series with a huge fan base all of its own.

Many established and long term followers may slew and put down this type of mix and tracks. But the fact is this mix draws in allot of people with tracks they already know but with a twist. Most people then go on to download the Dubfluencial mixes and delve deeper to then go on to download Dubfluence mixes and get into the likes of Burial, Breakage, Synkro etc.

Benga – Stop Watching

Big bad Benga has officially been worked over by Digital Soundboy into a mash up video for Youtube. We all know this is quite common and a new art form. Were you have a classic track worked into a bunch of random video clips all in perfect sync. Digital Soundboy is becoming a fav of mine. This video included clips from classic Hip Hop videos such as ‘Breathe & Stop’ and even movie clips from the likes of Saturday Night Fever lol! See how many you can name or spot.

My talented friend Mr Ghostpoet is going to be performing at Momo. Now lots and lots of you will not of heard Ghostpoets music, but trust me he is very much going to make you aware pretty soon. Legendary UK Garage producer Duncan Powell has hit us up with a brand new 2010 mix. This mix is simply amazing, it completely consists of his own production. 2-Step’s back to the organic sound fused with the new influences the current Dubstep sound has attributed.

The outcome is exactly this… head banging beats derived from soulful chords and samples along side a large dose of sensual bass. Its simply beautiful music at its best.

What can I say about this crazy fucker. He makes me laugh, skank draw for my bass face all at the same time. I have been playing his shit before you even knew what a Gorestep was. Now he is set to drop his new EP which is controversially named ‘Borgore Ruined Dubstep’. Its going to be huge & of course you will get to know about it right here as soon as its ready.
