Rub The Ego 01 – Levelz

We are still here, working even harder on even more secret projects behind the scenes. Now we are pleased to finally announce one of them… Rub The Ego. This is a collaboration project with our brother website Rub A Dub Dub focusing on promoting artists through the distribution of Free EP’s.

Each EP is entirely original and 100% free for everybody…! We have many artists lined up for EP’s and we are kicking things off with Levelz.

Some of you who are regulars to Rub A Dub Dub’s site may remember him from his Introduction Post. Myself and Hosta both thought he was an ideal artist to have kick the EP series off. Expect the unexpected and if your interested in being featured hit us up. Big ups to Levelz and lots more to come.

POP! Dub 4 – Mixed By Ego Thieves

I cannot believe its June already..! 2010 is already half done. Hopefully for us here in the UK it means its the summer lol. We have been crazy hectic at Ego Thieves headquarters. Still working on the Vidego website which is starting to take shape, we have a very special project coming soon for the gamers and of course we are still sorting out all the behind the scenes info for you all to be able to book the Ego Thieves for your events.

Now though, its time to do what we do best. Here is POP! Goes Dubfluencial 4 (Or Pop Dub for short). We are increasing the amount of tracks we put into our mixes now to bring you an even bigger, more Egotastic (cheesy I know..) experience.

Also this is our first official mix with a wallpaper pack. All super high quality for loads of diff screen sizes as well as a bonus iPhone version for your pixel pleasure. The artwork again is a collaboration between myself and fellow Ego Thief JC Adams. Watch out for the new JC Adams store this weekend.

Dubfluence 3 – Mixed By Jenai

I love that so many always ask me when the new Dubfluence is going to drop. It goes to show that most who like the hard, face shrinking bass are exactly the same people who appreciate and love the organic and deeper sound of Dubstep just like we do. Ego Thieves will never divide a sound/genre. We don’t like to talk about what we like, instead we support what we like by sharing it with you. Shimple.

Here is Dubfluence 3, full of beautiful bass and just simply, amazing music all mixed by myself of course. Expect allot of mixes to drop over the next few weeks as we bring you our summer collections, exclusive mixes and a couple new faces to the team. Maybe even a new website…? Also Dubfluence is now all grown up and this artwork represents the first in a series of dedicated themes for each series. The artwork represents the depths and emotion of Dubstep, something more organic and natural (there is always a science behind what we do lol).

News x Vidego x Ego Thievery

Some news just to let you know we are still here and where exactly we have been. Firstly as the above picture shows, we have created a whole new sister site called Videgotv.com. This website is a brand new viral platform for all things Dubstep, Grime, House, Electro and more. Expect loads of exclusive videos all sent in by some of the biggest labels and artists around! Of course expect even more from selected up and coming artists too. We have had a quiet launch into beta and slowly letting the world know it exists. So hit it up over at Vidego TV and don’t forget to add the Vidego Twitter and click like on the new Facbook fanpage to show your support.

Secondly we have been busy DJ’ing up and down the country, and all over the world. From Sweden to Bristol, Poland to Shordicth the Ego Thieves DJs are in full affect.
