An Interview With :: Ape Apparel

Here it is! Our first and long awaited video interview, please note we are in Beta Mode. Bare with us as we mould out our concept. The camera used was not the best (Note: iMac Camera did a good job for what it is!) but we have gone for a more face on and intimate angle taking you away from the classic and boring cut to face shots. Turn Off The Radio – July 09

It was hot…! Not just because the venue was obviously feeling the credit crunch and decided to not just turn off the Radio but also the air conditioning and any possible fan they had. But that didn’t stop the vibes, but did create a ‘Turkish Bath’ of energy and music. Guest’s such as Ghostpoet, who i have never heard before, was a breath of fresh air in a style of Hip Hop Ive not heard before…! You must check him out.

R.I.P. Michael Jackson > Ego Thieves Salutes The King Of Pop

Unbelievable is the only word to even start to sum up this overwhelming piece of news. This will be a brief post, i will be doing a tribute mix tomoz with the team to celebrate exactly why this man is the legend he is. He carved modern music as we know it along side Quincy Jones and is the ultimate pop star of all time. For me and many other 80s babies we grew up on this man, he is a part of our heritage and our childhood. This is a very sad day and will affect the world in an immense way.
