Kendrick Lamar – Bitch Dont Kill My Vibe (Moduloktopus reTwerk)

This morning, the inbox got blessed with this retwerk of what we consider one of the best songs on one of the best albums of the year. We don’t need to shovel any more praise Kendrick’s way, but Boston’s Moduloktopus may be fresh to some ears.

Originally from Dominica, this guy describes himself as an ‘electronic music chameleon’ and although we haven’t heard much else just yet, he’s started off real well in our books. There’s hints of Rustie in those icy synth sounds, whilst the trappy drum beat pattern and well sampled vocals have got us nodding. He’s even made it a free download for y’all.
