It will hopefully allow for wireless video streaming, wireless printing, and more. For this to work, your cell phone will have to have WLAN or UWB radio. It’s said that Bluetooth 10x will be used first, since a lot of handsets have Wi-Fi capabilities now.”

Thats good news as this potentially means you could stream your mobile phone footage, iPhone music etc straight onto your fresh Apple laptop or PC monitor. No word yet on how the PS3 will run along side it, but Sony have announced they are working with the new format as they rightly so encourage people to remember you embrace the techonology first.
